I honestly did not think anyone still updated xanga. This is my first time in over a year that I've even logged on. Here are a few updates since my last post:

-Changed majors from Biology to Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology.(Still at UMD, unfortunetly)
-My best pal since 1st grade passed away this Novemer. My puppy  She was 14, and lived a hell of a good life.
-Celebrated 1 year, 8 months with Matt on the 14th
-Captain of UMD football and basketball cheerleading
-Somehow managed to get a 3.8 this semester. Hopefully I made the Dean's List. It would be the first and most likely the last time that would happen lol.
-My brother got married. Enough said.
-I had the best birthday of my life...20th birthday.
-Still coaching DHS cheerleading
-There's a lot more but my mind is going blank.
Last but not least.....
-I enlisted into the Air National Guard on July 20th, 2006. That'll make 5 out of 6 of the immediate family. Just to get it straight, it was not my dad that finally got me to join. I realized how many more years I have of school, and college tuition is OUTRAGIOUS. That's why I chose the 100% tuition pay with the guard. No, I will not be fighting in the front line in Iraq. I'm not in the army.

So that leaves me TEN more days in Duluth. I'll be off to Texas for FOUR MONTHS. I've never been away from home, let alone reality for more than 4 weeks. This is gonna be a rude awakening!

If you wanna hear how bad I'm suffering, gimme your address so I can write to you. I'll be lonely!!

Til next time, Xanga.

OKAY

I got talked into updating finally by someone also known as MILK.

First off, I've gotta say I fucking love Duluth, MN. Overall I'm super happy I took this job, a ton of memories and great experiences and visiting places out on the East coast that I've never been to before...but GOLLY is it good to be back! But not for the entire summer, I'm off to PA. August 3rd at 6AM. But until then, I'm gonna frickin cherish MN land.

Both my flights coming home were EARLY which is like insane, but it made my day! Matt came and picked me up at the airport then we made our way to my sisters' and had a quick supper. Like always Hannah was all over Matt and actually came up to me and told me that she was gonna marry my boyfriend. We'll see about that...
When we FINALLY got into Duluth, we went straight to Bridget's house where she was having a bbq/get-together. I found out they had been there since 6 and I didnt' show up till a little after 10, so thanks to EVERYONE that was there for sticking around so I could see you!!Even KATE was there, haven't seen her since she left for basic!so that was a good surprise Finally made it back to home sweet home a little after midnight, and I finally got to drive Gracie Lou! Gosh was I happy to see her!!

I've been definitely taking advantage of the nice days in d-town, playing tons of beach volleyball, hangin out at the beach, tanning on my roof, JOGGING, walkin my pup, etc. I also some how managed to avoid visiting the GMH while my boss was there so I dont have to work at all since I've been back!Last weekend Matt(milkhouse), Matt(Christie), Bridget, Kari and I all enjoyed a hotass day just loungin in the pool down at my sister's house in Blaine. I could have stayed there for weeks.

It is also a VERY good feeling to be able to coach girls that actually know what they are DOING. I quite possibly may have shed a tear when I saw them stunt, I was so impressed! They all have great technique and when I tell them to fix something, THEY ACTUALLY LISTEN!holy crap, what a difference from some of the girls out on the coast.

Denfeld's cheer camp is TOMORROW already, wow that came so fast! I have yet to pack. This is gonna be a really different experience. Not only am I not gonna be participating as a Denfeld cheerleader, I'm not even instructing either! Talk about WEIRD.

I'm still disappointed that I haven't been able to play softball AT ALL this summer How frickin depressing. Who's up for a softball game @ Stowe sometime before I leave again?

Well, time's a wastin' and I still need to pack! ADIOS

PS. Happy wheeler?

HAPPY FOURTH!

Guess where I am?? GOOD OL' NEW YORK. And guess what I'm doing? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Well besides having a great ol time just hangin out in the country! I don't have another camp until FRIDAY, so I just get to hang out at one of my co-workers house up in central New York. The scenery is breath-taking from her deck, I'll try to get pictures up here as soon as possible. So New York City was INSANE. I'm keeping a journal/diary of this summer, and the day of new york city is 17 pages, so I definitely have a long story to tell and if you really wanna know I'll tell ya when I get home. Which reminds me...EXACTLY ONE MORE WEEK TILL D-TOWN. You better get ready, I'm not wasting one second of it!ESPECIALLY because I dont have to work at the GMH until after the entire summer is over! Life is good. Well I better go work some more on this TAN! See ya in a week!

PS. I seriously can't wait any longer to play beach volleyball. Everyone better take off a couple of nice days to play with me

WELL HEY THERE!

Another rich host family. She's a single mom with 4 kids; 12,11, 8, and 4. The two oldest both of their own cell phone, computer, and ipod, and i'm sure everything else they want they have. I just got done with a 3 day camp yesterday(New Jersey) and the grade level was 3rd-8th grade. Talk about stressing me out! Now I dont have another camp until July 8th! WOO WOO. And I'm still gonna get paid the same next week if I were working M-F. Ahh this is the life I tell ya. Even tho I do have to say I'm starting to get home sick a bit after hearin about BEACH VBALL and the Big garage sale and everything.

So my birthday pretty much SUCKED. Thanks to all of you who remembered and called, texted, left me a comment online! The one day camp sucked, the girls were HORRIBLE, I never wanna go back to Ohio(or that part of) again! After camp I had to travel for 4 hours and got to our hotel in PA at about 10:30. Me and Clarissa(girl I did the camp with) were too tired to do anything so I just went to bed. She (and Anthony, another staff member who's with us now) made up for it tho yesterday and got me a happy birthday cake and sang to me(along with the whole host family). It was great!

Today Clarissa, Anthony, and me went to the mall and sure enough I had to spend some money that I obviously dont' have and splured and got a cute pair of nike shox for only $90(that's pretty cheap for out in Jersey). Don't tell my mom! I even went to the kids foot locker to get them so they'd be cheaper! I think my feet have shrank since i've been out here, i had to get a size 4 1/2! Anthony also taught me how to play the beginning to 'All my life' on the piano...I  that song!

Tonight we're meeting up with two other girls(I'll be with them for the remainder of my time out here)and stayin in the same hotel with them and we're heading for NEW YORK CITY tonight!! I've never been there so I'm pretty excited about that! As far as I know, I'll be staying in a hotel from now until July 7th or so in New York, 3 day camp 8,9, and 10th...and then hopefully flying home the 11th! At least that's what my old trackin says....it may have changed tho, I'll try to update before that if it has! Otherwise I'll see ya in D-town then!!

ME!

PS. If you want me to send you a postcard/ want me to bring you something cool home from out in the east coast leave a xanga message, or better yet Call/text the cell!

PSS. hotwheels....I'd like to see that set on the back tuck, and you better stop makin fun of those dang male cheerleaders cuz i'm teaching you how to partner stunt

Another quick update from Indianapolis! First camp of the summer.DONE. THANK YOU JESUS. One more night with the host family, then party time at a hotel in ohio on thursday night ah i love this job! GOOD NEWS. I'm comin home earlier than expected...either July 14 or 15th! Then back out to the coast probably July 28th or so until about August 19th. Not too shabby! I've been writing in a journal every day so far  so if you really care whats been happening, just ask! i have lots of stories to share!

Well I better get goin, check on that darn laundry! Catch ya later!

PS. If you wanna send me any mail, ask Bridget or Kari for the address...I'd love to get mail!!!!!

PSS. Birthday countdown equals 3 days!!!!
